In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
SURCHARGES APPLY FOR ALL SCOTTISH POSTCODES PRICE WILL BE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT
DELIVERY TO CERTAIN POSTCODES INCUR A DELIVERY SURCHARGE, THIS IS LINE WITH RECENT FUEL INCREASES. WE ARE MONITORING THESE REGULARLY AND COMMIT TO KEEPING YOU INFORMED OF ANY CHANGES. ANY REDUCTION IN PRICE WILL BE REFLECTED IN LOWER SURCHARGES. PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT CHARGE THAT WILL BE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT ORDERS WILL NOT BE SENT IF THE CHARGE IS NOT PAID

: Delivery times are from 9am and 6pm weekdays. We cannot guarentee a specific delivery time unfortunately unless you request an am or pm slot which has additional charges. We must be informed of this when you place your order. We cannot guarentee times as there may be unforseen circumstances such as traffic delays, accidents, Vehicle problems.
: Once you recieve your order you will need to check and then sign the drivers delivery note. If there is any sign of damage {which rarely happens} YOU MUST NOTE THIS ON THE DRIVERS DELIVERY NOTE. Any damaged items will be replaced as long as they are noted on the delivery note. Any claims made after the driver has left may not be replaced or delivered free of charge.
* ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS WILL BE CHARGED FOR *
: When opening your pallet we recommend that 2 people are present, one to move the items off the pallet and the other to hold additional items from falling forward. We may sometimes use 3rd party courier companies and under no circumstances are they allowed to unpack the pallets. So please make sure someone is available to take delivery when requested.
: Robinswoodstone will not be held responsible for any injuries. You are not required to unload or move any of the pallets whilst are drivers are present. They will off load to the required destination any injuries obstained due to not following these proceedures are your responsibility.
: Delivery is kerbside using a tail lift & Pump up Truck. 3RD Party delivery couriers WILL NOT be able to carry orders through to gardens etc
: Variation in colour and colour of all our products is unfortunately unavoidable and must be accepted.

: When ordering Random Paving slabs we advise you to order an extra 3 metres to allow for cutting. We cannot be held responsible for this and any extra slabs will be charged at the individual rate and will incur a seperate delivery charge. If you have any questions regarding this please call our office on 01454 227151 to discuss before ordering.
: If you have arranged builders to be on site during the day we cannot guarentee an early morning delivery. We will not be responsible for any wages paid to contractors who are waiting on site for delivery at any time you are liable to ensure materials are onsite before any work commences
: Please inform us at time of order under special instructions if there are any restrictions that may compromise delivery. Failure to do this may result in additional re delivery charges
: If the courier tries to deliver and doesnt have suitable access they will have to abort the delivery and will make a charge up to the original cost of the pallet. If you are unsure about delivery access please inform us when placing your order.
: If you are unable to take delivery when the courier has arrived or no one is home we will not re deliver untill you have paid a further delivery charge which could be up to the original cost of the pallet. It is the customers responsibility to make sure someone is home to take delivery.
: If you decide upon delivery that you no longer want your order for whatever reason you will need to pay a re collection charge, also if you have any problems with your order please DO NOT sign for the goods if you havent checked them as any damages claimed for after our driver has left will not be replaced.
: Please note Robinswoodstone will not be liable for wilful damage or negligance of any of our items. We recommend that you do not stack the paving slabs as this adds alot of pressure to them and may cause unnecessary damage.
: Any deposits made to Robinswoodstone are Non Refundable
: It is the Buyers Responsibility to ensure they order Sufficient Quantities of Slabs. Robinswoodstone will not send free of charge for any undermeasurements. Addiditional slabs will be charged for plus further postage charges.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Robinswood Stone’s terms and conditions. "Robinswood Stone", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of Robinswood Stone’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within Robinswood Stone on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than payment processing merchants, delivery services and if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or Robinswood Stone’s literature; and

Payment
Cash on collection, Credit/Debit Card and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before collection or dispatch. All goods remain the property of Robinswood Stone until paid for in full.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom, or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any product available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Robinswood Stone. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
